CNX s.r.o. was founded in 2005. In 2007, the company developed a two-seat powered hang glider with a tandem seating arrangement, known as the JokerTRIKE PROFI, which is currently being successfully sold in Estonia, the USA, Germany, and the Philippines. The excellence of this powered hang glider lies in its capability for water landings.

Next came the single-seat JokerMONO powered hang glider, which, due to its low weight, falls into the microlight category.

In 2012, the company began developing the project of a two-seat gyrocopter called NISUS.
The new NISUS gyrocopter belongs to the elite of the new era of gyroplanes. It was designed to meet even the most demanding requirements for crew comfort while also offering excellent flight characteristics. The tilting cockpit ensures easy and comfortable boarding and disembarking, and the large plexiglass canopy provides the crew with an uninterrupted panoramic view. Ergonomic, adjustable seats and sliding pedals can be adapted to suit pilots of any height. The use of ROTAX engines ranging from 130 to 160 HP classifies it as the best in its category.

The company operates its own CNC machine park and design office, both supported by an experienced production and technical team capable of handling the demanding and complex manufacturing of single parts or entire production series.
