If you are planning to arrive by airplane or helicopter for this year’s edition of Ultralight Days Leszno 2025, this page provides the rules and procedures applicable at Leszno Airport during the event. We encourage you to read the information carefully, as air traffic will be heavy!

Arrival rules

  1. Buy a ticket hereon this page that authorizes you to arrive with an aircraft.
  2. About a week before the event, we will send you an email requesting you to complete a short form, where you will need to provide details about your aircraft (SP), the planned date and time of arrival. You will also receive detailed information regarding arrival procedures.
  3. The ticket is valid from May 23 to May 25, 2025. You may conduct multiple arrival and departure operations within the same ticket, but all flights must take place within strictly designated time slots.
  4. The ticket includes airport fees, external parking, and (for pilots and passengers) access to lectures, workshops, competitions (ANR, precision landing), and the Saturday evening event.
  5. The recommended arrival time on Saturday (May 24) is in the morning (before 12:00 LT). Expect possible holding due to ongoing operations at the airport. No airport fees will be charged on airshow days.
  6. A telephone confirmation of the arrival time is required at least 2 hours in advance. Please call or send an SMS to the Leszno Airport operations number: +48 577 215 344.
  7. We recommend filing a flight plan to facilitate smooth operations.
  8. All guest aircraft will be parked directly next to the event area.
  9. We advise bringing your own anchoring kit.
